Just wanted to say an enormous thank you for the brilliant food and service that contributed so heavily to us having just the best night on Saturday.

Derek and all your staff were fantastic and their attention to all the guests allowed Tom and I to really relax and enjoy a fantastic wedding. They are all great people. I had so many compliments about the quality and quantity of the food from our guests, and the grazing table was really appreciated but the late revelers! 

And then the breakfast – truly wonderful to have everything ready to go for the 60 or 70 who turned up on Sunday. The pastries were fantastic, the fruit plentiful and beautifully presented and the boys did a great job with the bacon and egg rolls. 

We really appreciate all your great advice on the logistics – after we met you we felt everything was going to be under control on the day, and it was!
