What a wonderful feast you provided us with on Saturday evening for Sophie and Alex’s wedding! Such delicious food and so beautifully presented.

I loved the overladened grazing table with so much delicious choice of tasty cheeses, meats and fruits. What a hit that was with the crowd! The main meal was really scrumptious, Jo. The lamb was so tender and the pork fragrant and mouth watering. Your salads and potatoes were perfect too. There was never going to be a shortage of food with your catering. You fulfilled the Croatian adage that its absolutely essential to have too much food rather than not enough!! Maybe that could become part of your catering promotional advertising!! The food report from the guests was so positive. I guessed some people were taken aback by the marvellous quality and quantity. A feather in your cap!!!

Thank you Jo for your cheerful, efficient and friendly service all evening. I’m sure that your cheer must rub off onto your staff who were also so helpful and efficient all evening. Please convey my thanks to them again for doing such a marvellous job throughout a busy evening and always being ever so helpful.

Jo, the catering seemed to be seamlessly effortless to the guests but I know that it all happened as a result of your fabulous organisation and pleasant, efficient staff.
