Dearest Jo, 

I think that this will be the most difficult email I’ve had to write to you because I now need to be serious! 

We’d like to thank you and your team for the amazing food and service on Saturday. To say you blew our guests out of the park is an understatement. The amazing comments that we’ve received about the food we can’t even believe. Thank you for making our special day taste amazing (and dinner last night) words actually escape me. Deliciousness doesn’t even cover it!
