Jo Jorgensen and her brilliant team at Garnish Catering were integral in making our beach cocktail wedding in Culburra Beach such a success last month. Jo was immensely accommodating and helpful right from the start; from suggesting a delicious, relaxed menu for us to use, to manning the cocktail bar, to working around a less-than-impressive kitchen space mid-renovation, and making sure our rowdy guests were well-fed all night! Weeks on, friends are still talking about those mouth-watering prawn gow gees, the unforgettable Portuguese tarts, and the tireless wait staff who managed to find guests in every corner of the room. Thank you so much for making our day as wonderful as we could ever have imagined, Jo, and we can’t wait till we can enjoy more of your scrumptious creations at our next party.
