I have been thinking a lot about this wedding lately. Not only were the bride and groom and their family and friends just fantastic but I loved the theme of the whole day. My brief was that they wanted an Italian long lunch. Lots of food that everyone could pass around like you do at your own family dinner table.  Nothing beats handing around platters of food as a great conversation starter! As I am getting more and more requests from people asking for  “mini” buffets rather than the traditional three course fare – I think Carrie and Jack  had it right on. Check out their menu!
