I really can’t thank you enough. You guys were amazing. The food was phenomenal, not one person there didn’t enjoy it and I had multiple people tell me it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. And no one was hungry! Everything was honestly delicious.

And the grazing table!! I knew it was going to be incredible from what I’ve seen from you guys and it was. So beautiful and delicious.

And you and your staff were so kind, attentive and thoughtful! You saw that Manuel didn’t eat and came to me twice letting me know you’ve set food aside for him and making sure he knew where it was when he was ready (and at about 1am we absolutely devoured some leftovers, he loved it).

And when I messed you guys around with the cake (I forgot to mention beforehand that the top tier of the cake was gluten free, so it came out first for everyone), she was so good about it. I felt terrible but she sorted it out with no worries and didn’t make me feel bad at all.

You were so easy to deal with from the moment I enquired, the process was simple and you were super efficient in getting back to me when I had questions.

So grateful you were our caterer for our wedding. I’m not surprised you just won best independent caterer.
